If QueryMoat Pro or Team isn't right for you, you can get your money back.

14 days, no questions asked

Ask for a refund within 14 days of buying Pro, or of any Team payment including a renewal, and we refund that payment in full. You don't need to give a reason.

How to ask

Email [email protected] from the address you bought with, or reply to your receipt. Include your order number if you have it.

What happens next

• Our payment partner issues the refund to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
• The refunded licence stops working when the refund is issued. The free version of QueryMoat keeps working.

After 14 days

Payments older than 14 days are not refunded. Team subscriptions can be cancelled at any time so you are not charged again. If something went wrong, such as a duplicate charge or Pro not working for you, email us and we will sort it out.
