Terms of service

These terms cover this website and QueryMoat Pro subscriptions. They are an agreement between you and Sidhant Sinha ("we"), an individual developer based in India.

The extension

The QueryMoat extension is licensed under the QueryMoat End User License Agreement. The free version may be used for personal and commercial work. The querymoat-check command-line tool is licensed separately under the MIT License.

QueryMoat Pro

• Pro for individuals is a one-time payment. It includes updates to QueryMoat and the Pro features we add later, for as long as we develop QueryMoat.
• A Pro licence is for one person. You can use it on all of your own machines, but you may not share the licence key with others.
• A launch price applies to the first 100 licences. Later price changes never affect a licence you have already bought.

QueryMoat Team

• Team is a subscription, billed per user monthly or yearly, with a minimum of 3 users. It renews automatically until you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time. Team keeps working until the end of the period you have paid for, and you are not charged again.
• If we change Team prices, we tell you by email at least 30 days before your next renewal.

Payments

Pro and Team are sold through our payment partner, which acts as the merchant of record and handles billing, taxes and invoices. Its checkout terms apply to the payment itself. Refunds are covered by our refund policy.

Early access features

Features marked as coming, or offered free during early access, may change before they are finished. We may move a free early access feature into Pro; when we do, we say so in the changelog before it takes effect.

Your responsibilities

QueryMoat is designed to stop AI agents from changing your data, but you remain responsible for your databases, your backups, the permissions of the database accounts you connect, and anything you choose to allow.

Warranty and liability

QueryMoat is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for data loss or indirect damages arising from its use, and our total liability for Pro is limited to the amount you paid for it in the twelve months before the claim.

Ending access

We may suspend a licence that is shared, resold or used to abuse the service. If we stop offering Team, we refund the unused part of any yearly subscription. If we stop developing QueryMoat, Pro licences you have bought keep working with the last version released.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. If you are a consumer, you also keep any rights the law of your own country gives you.
